the claims, and follow up on payment delays, or short payments by the medical aids. Integral to the process is checking if there are outstanding items delating
payment such as authorisations, motivations, etc.
In cases of patient liable fees, our team of call centre agents act as a member of your team and contact the person responsible for outstanding fees to make
payment arrangements. In the rare case where no payments are forthcoming, we will prepare the information for handover to an attorney for action.
Understanding the financial health of your practice is paramount, and, we have developed a portal which allows you to view the financial performance of your practice.
Additionally, we provide you with a range of emailed reports for you to view in your own time.
