Pre-Employment
Assess an employee's fitness for the specific role and establish important baseline medical information before they enter the workplace.
Periodic Surveillance
Regular medical surveillance to monitor employee health in relation to their occupational risk exposure and identify potential health concerns at an early stage.
Job Transfer
Assess an employee's fitness when they move into a different role, workplace or exposure environment.
Exit Assessments
Final assessments provide an appropriate record of an employee's health status when they leave the workplace.

Our planning and booking process is designed to make occupational health assessments as efficient as possible, reducing disruption for both employees and employers.
Comprehensive Employee Assessments
Each employee is fully evaluated through appropriate questionnaires and examinations. The type and scope of assessment is informed by the employee’s Occupational Risk Exposure Profile (OREP) and the Annexure 3 Template as provided for in the Construction Regulations.
Assessments may include evaluation of:

Additional Occupational Assessments
Where required, additional assessments and testing can be undertaken as part of the occupational health process.
Job-Specific Blood & Urine Tests
Blood and urine testing appropriate to the employee's occupational exposure and job requirements.
Multi-Drug Testing
Multi-drug screening where required as part of the employer's occupational health programme.
Chest X-Ray by Referral
Chest X-rays can be arranged through referral where clinically or occupationally indicated.
Certificate of Fitness
Following the appropriate assessment, a Certificate of Fitness is provided indicating whether an employee is:
- Fit
- Fit with Restrictions
- Unfit
Where applicable, restrictions can be clearly identified to assist the employer in managing the employee’s workplace requirements.
Direct communication with the employer can be provided regarding the outcome of the assessment, provided the employee has given the required consent.
